Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe

Who says we can’t have gingerbread in the summer? If you enjoy the flavor of gingerbread, ere’s a cool, refreshing smoothie recipe that serves as a healthy alternative to the cookies you enjoyed all winter.. Enjoy!

Gingerbread Smoothie

1 or 2 dates (seeds removed)
8 to 12 oz Coconut Milk
1 Banana
Protein Powder (to taste)
Ice (optional)

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
