Somatic Yoga 11:00am-12:30pm with Matthew REGISTER HERE! This class is an all-ages, all-bodies-welcome class that invites us to deeply experience our body by way of movement, breath, & working with the nervous system, cultivating healthy ways of negotiating the world around us. By sensing into the role the breath plays in shaping our posture, bearing witness to the sensations that arise in various movements, & engaging in intelligent, supportive poses we are able to work towards building proprioceptive awareness to help support our bodies through daily living. Kundalini Yoga 9:00am – 10:15am with Lauren. Register here: In studio or virtual. This class combines elements of breathwork, mudrā, eye-focus, mantra, asana (yoga postures), meditation, chanting, and relaxation in a precise, conscious manner. This sacred science balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and core, and enables us to harness our minds and emotions so we can choose our paths rather than being controlled by our thoughts, feelings, and habits. Kundalini Yoga is considered the yoga of awareness and is a universal and non-denominational complement to anyone’s personal practices. Based on the studies of movement, anatomy and neuroscience, this class will inspire awareness to the many layers of being to help align and stabilize for inverting. Special Needs Yoga 1:15pm – 2:15pm with Joshua Register here: In studio or virtual. We all have special needs! This beginner therapeutic yoga class includes practical techniques of movement, balance, relaxation, breath, sound vibration, presence, and mindfulness. Take class in wheelchairs or on walkers, canes, or crutches. Those with invisible special needs are also welcome. Caretakers are welcome to join in at no additional cost. Community Wellness Day – Walk ins welcome 4-6pm $2.00 per minute bodywork Depending on the week and the practitioner this may include reiki, chair massage, table massage, or Thai massage on the mat. Also enjoy discounts on infrared sauna and Lexington Salt Cave.

Gentle Community Yoga 11:00am to 12:00pm with Dindy. REGISTER HERE! A gentle yoga class for students of all experience and flexibility levels. This class may include gentle and restorative asana (poses), breathing practices, meditation, and techniques to reduce stress and tension. Chairs are available if the floor does not feel like an option for you. Please bring your own props to class or plan to purchase your own set from us when you’re here!
