Intuitive Development Level 1 – 5 Class Series

The Intuitive Development Series Level 1 classes will begin your journey into learning about intuition and the human energy field. 

In this class, you will learn how to locate your intuition, strengthen spiritual presence in the body and delineate your spiritual boundary, discover the aura and charkas and what it means to merge with other people’s energy.

Each attendee will receive intuitive information.

Discovering Your body Erotic

Curious about learning more skills for intimacy, touch and connection? Are you interested in releasing shame and transcending your limiting beliefs around sex, love and your body?

    Please join me for this clothes-on introduction to conscious eroticism. This workshop is a wonderful way to get started in this realm, in a safe and supported environment. Throughout our time together, I’ll guide you through structured exercises involving touch, breath, movement and connection – all geared towards helping you to discover more about yourself and how you connect with others.

    • How to work more skillfully with pleasure as a healing modality
    • Release areas of shame or trauma
    • Learn more about your relationship with boundaries
    • Learn a new “map” of who you are as an erotic being
    • How to identify and express your desires and why you might want to do it more

    • Be encouraged to fully express your emotions and your desires
    • Receive support from community members who are on a similar journey
    • Be held with care and respect throughout your experience

    Soundation – Building a Self-Care Foundation with Sound

    Instructional Opening: We’ll begin with self-care information and exercises to prepare you for a transformative experience.

    Yoga-Nidra Meditation: Following the introduction, we’ll guide you through a peaceful Yoga-Nidra meditation to center your mind and body.

    Soundscape: The highlight of the event will be a mesmerizing 2 1/2-hour soundscape featuring a unique blend of The Harp, Sitar, Singing Bowls, Handpans, Gongs, Chimes, Flute, and the Monochord.

    As we journey through the world of sound, we’ll explore the power of music to heal and uplift the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned sound healing practitioner or simply curious about the benefits of this ancient art, you’ll find this event to be a truly enriching experience.

    So, mark your calendars and get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty of sound. Together, we’ll create a space of peace, harmony, and wellness that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world. Building a foundation with sound!

    A yoga mat, chair, or a comfortable cushion.
    A blanket or a shawl to keep you warm.
    A water bottle to stay hydrated.
    A journal or a notebook to take notes or reflect on your experience.
    A pillow or a cushion to rest your head.
    A comfortable outfit that you can move in easily.
    A light snack or a beverage to enjoy after the meditation.
