We are soo excited to begin offering some NEW classes in April, including:

Hooping with Sonya Blaydes (Mondays 6:45pm)
Sonya is one of the greatest hoopers in town and she’ll begin offering a much-requested Hooping class on Monday evenings from 6:45pm – 7:45pm. Stop by after work! (Sonya will also still be co-teaching Tai Chi on Wednesdays with David Arnold from 4:45pm – 6:00pm)

Donation-Based Yoga for Beginners (Tuesdays 10:30am)
Our Tuesday morning Community Flow with Lauren Higdon is expanding to become donation-based Beginner Yoga starting in April. We’ll still be doing gentle and restorative poses that are perfect for all ages, body types and experience levels. We will occasionally do chair yoga and may also incorporate Tai Chi.

Family Yoga (Tuesdays 3:30pm)
You’ve been asking for a “Mommy and Me” Yoga class and now we are pleased to announce that our Tuesday afternoon “Momma Yoga” with Lauren is expanding to include the whole family! This class is perfect for pre/post partum and of course you can feel free to bring your children to class with you!

Body Rolling with Shayne Wigglesworth (Wednesdays 12:00pm)
Learn to reduce pain and feel better using a gentle and proactive self treatment technique that has been shown to help eliminate chronic pain and help the body’s natural balancing regulators. (Shayne will also continue teaching Nia on Wednesday evenings & Friday mornings at Centered!)

Subtle Power Yoga Level II (Thursdays 10:30am)
We are happy to have Matthew Higdon adding a Thursday morning Subtle Power Yoga (Level Two) class. For a full day of blissful yoga, we recommend also attending Delia’s 8:45am class or Matthew’s 6:00pm Subtle Power AcroPlay!

All other classes on the schedule stay the same, so you’ll be able to continue enjoying your favorite weekly classes at Centered while taking advantage of the NEW classes listed above!
