Are you in need of some self care? Have you set an intention to take better care of yourself or to focus on your health and well being more in the New Year? Does the thought of spending a weekend around like-minded, open-hearted women in the safety of a healing center and yoga studio sound appealing to you? If so, we’d love to warmly invite you to be a part of our very first women’s retreat (and Ayurveda workshop) of 2015!

We’re so happy to welcome back our dear friend Lisa Miller to Centered this month for a women’s retreat and Ayurveda immersion! Her Ayurveda workshop this past fall was a wonderful event with great reviews, and this time we’re holding an Ayurvedic retreat just for women. Lisa is bringing her Chopra Center Ayurveda and Meditation training right here to Lexington so you can experience it for yourself.

From foods, colors, sounds, and fragrances, to our preferences for certain experiences, environments, and people, each of us need a certain combination of life ingredients in order to feel happy, clear, and vital.

Ayurvedic wisdom teaches each of us our unique personal recipe for balance, and hands us the tools for maintaining it.
