Ready to
create, connect, heal, move, relax, learn
Centered Holistic Health provides space that embraces and supports the uniqueness we all hold while recognizing the need for community. Our highly trained and trusted practitioners are devoted to their own daily practices and value the importance of a holistic way of life. As Lexington’s holistic community center since 2013, we are interested in supporting, educating and inspiring our world through the moving, visual and healing arts.
We offer a variety of in person and virtual classes as well as workshops, personalized private events, and corporate wellness programs. Our classes are taught by highly trained experts within their scope of practice. Our spacious, light-filled studio is equipped with all of the supplies you need. We offer drop-in, packages, and donation based rates. Packages at Centered provide access to a range of yoga classes as well as Tai Chi, Ecstatic Dance, and Qi Gong to meet all levels, ages, interests, and body types.
Our Sunlighten infrared sauna enhances your wellbeing through near, far, and mid rays as well as Chromotherapy. This brings mental and emotional benefits and encourages rejuvenation of the areas that are stiff, sore and in need of a good flush. This detoxification is helpful for those experiencing seasonal affective disorder (SAD), inflammation, allergies, autoimmune disorders, and overall wellness. This therapy also boosts your immune, circulatory, and digestive systems. Pair your session with your favorite class, massage therapy, or a session in the Lexington Salt Cave and receive half off on 45-minute sessions.
Each of our massage therapists are highly trained independent contractors who manage their own scheduling. Our therapists and coaches represent a vast array of modalities, including craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, breathwork, Thai massage, and intimacy practices. Please read more about our therapies and services, and locate individual contact information in their bios or call the front desk to find a therapist who matches your unique needs.
