Kinga Mnich

Yoga Instructor

The mystical side and the philosophy behind Buddhism has fascinated Kinga since an early age. Being very fortunate to have parents that opened the door to this world, Kinga started with a regular meditation and yoga practice as a teenager and found her way to Ashtanga during her Master studies in Sociology and Philosophy. In 2011 she moved to South Africa and joined a teacher training under the supervision of Bruce Master in the Sivananda tradition. Kinga has been trying to find a way to join the different styles since then. She has been teaching since 2012 in Yoga Studios and in the South African prison system. She moved to the USA in 2016 and has continued to explore the path of Yoga, diving deeper into the practice of Ashtanga, Bhakti & Nidra Yoga. Kinga has PhD in Social Psychology and has studied Ayurveda since 2017. She enjoys combining ancient knowledge with modern research and is always on the lookout for links between the different theories. Her biggest joy is to learn and share her experience. She currently teaches a weekly Bhakti Vinyasa Flow class at Centered.
