Joseph has worked as a performance coach and personal trainer for over 10 years. He offers a functional, movement-based approach designed to ensure the body performs optimally, without dysfunction, and free from the chronic aches and pains that plague so many.

His experience includes an internship at the world renowned EXOS facility in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he learned from some of the best coaches in the industry who trained professional and elite athletes from around the world. He worked as a performance coach for one of the top youth soccer clubs in Colorado, and trained adult clients, helping them attain various health and fitness goals, including teaching cardio boxing classes and boot camp style workouts. He’s also worked in a physical therapy clinic as an exercise specialist.

After a lifetime associated with sports – he left the competitive environment – instead, choosing to work with clients passionate about their well-being, who seek to improve quality of life. His fascination with the mind-body connection, spiritual journey, and exploration into energy medicine all contributed to his altered course.

Joseph has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He obtained a master’s degree in sport and exercise science, with an emphasis in social psychology of sport and physical activity from the University of Northern Colorado. He was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He is a EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS) and Functional Movement Screen certified (FMS).
