About Us

Centered Holistic Health provides space that embraces the uniqueness we each possess while recognizing the need for community and inter-dependence. With over 100 years of combined experience, each member of our team provides potent skills born from longstanding practices valuing a holistic way of life. As Central Kentucky’s holistic community center since 2013, we are interested in supporting, educating and inspiring our world through the moving, visual and healing arts. We offer a variety of daily classes, therapies, products for healthy living, as well as ongoing workshops. Centered hosts and organizes a variety of community outreach programs, private events and corporate wellness retreats. Our team of 20+ awesome practitioners and offerings include: licensed massage therapy and bodywork, yoga, qigong, relationship, intimacy and life coaching, reiki, breathwork, birth support, acupuncture, meditation, as well as a Sunlighten infrared sauna with chromotherapy. And our sister space, The Lexington Salt Cave offers halotherapy with many collaborative packages. We are here to work with you in co-creating a holistic treatment plan to bring the change you wish to see in your life. We also welcome you to drop in anytime for tea and some respite, a tour, class or to simply hang in our community space.

We look forward to seeing and practicing with you soon.

We offer a variety of in person and virtual classes as well as workshops, personalized private events, and corporate wellness programs. Our classes are taught by highly trained experts within their scope of practice. Our spacious, light-filled studio is equipped with all of the supplies you need. We offer drop-in, packages, and donation based rates. Packages at Centered provide access to a range of yoga classes as well as breathwork, ecstatic dance, and trauma informed yoga to meet all levels, ages, interests, and body types.

Our Sunlighten infrared sauna enhances your wellbeing through near, far, and mid rays as well as Chromotherapy. This brings mental and emotional benefits and encourages rejuvenation of the areas that are stiff, sore and in need of a good flush. This detoxification is helpful for those experiencing seasonal affective disorder (SAD), inflammation, allergies, autoimmune disorders, and overall wellness. This therapy also boosts your immune, circulatory, and digestive systems. Pair your session with your favorite class, massage therapy, or a session in the Lexington Salt Cave and receive half off on 45-minute sessions.

Each of our massage therapists are highly trained independent contractors who manage their own scheduling and practice a vast array of modalities, including craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, breathwork, Thai massage, pre-natal, pediatric, sports massage, and more. Our coaches represent a variety of methods addressing intimacy and relationships, birth, intuitive development, and general life coaching. Please read more about our therapies and services, and locate individual contact information in their bios or call the front desk to find a therapist who matches your unique needs.

When you visit us you may notice we share the front lobby with our sister business, Lexington Salt Cave. We offer joint corporate wellness, private events, and collaborative packages with the Salt Cave including a “Salt and Sauna” package which consists of a 35-minute infrared sauna session followed by a 45-minute community halotherapy session in the beautiful Salt Cave. We also source our own massage therapists for the “Massage in the Cave” offerings on Monday. Along with collaborative packages, check out other offerings including sound healing and yoga nidra in the cave. Please book Salt Cave sessions by clicking above.
