We offer a variety of in person and virtual classes as well as workshops and continuing education trainings on our schedule of unique and recurring events.
All are taught by experienced instructors of their movement or healing styles of choice. Classes are available by membership, package, or individual purchase, as well as sometimes donation.

Each of our massage therapists are highly trained and experienced practitioners who have developed their own unique styles to best suit your needs.
In addition to the traditional Swedish massage (on a table, with a drape and oil) we offer many other bodywork options. You may receive treatment on a table, in a chair, on a mat on the floor, or in a massage chair.

Centered provides a physical space to bring community together. It is our mission to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western approaches to health and wellness in a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere.
