Margaret McGladrey, Ph.D.

Yoga Instructor

Margaret has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for more than a decade. She has completed 200-hour teacher training in Kundalini Yoga as well as specialized training in offering Kundalini Yoga to children and at-risk youth through the Radiant Child and Yoga for Youth programs, and she is currently completing 500-hour master teacher training with Raviana Yoga. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Lexington, Kentucky, in 2009 and has taught Kundalini Yoga classes to adults and children in both Oregon and Kentucky. In her professional life, Margaret is the Director of Program Capacity and Support with the Kentucky Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Network, and she serves as Research and Advocacy Director for The Girl Project and is an active church musician at St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church.
