Dearest Sister Friends,
I am so very excited to invite you to join us in Thailand this June! Yes, really…Thailand! I keep pinching myself!
I see that this trip is a calling to expand our horizons and embrace our potential. Getting away from our daily habits and routines allows for new perspective and insight. This week is all about nurturing ourselves and each other. Healing, thriving and fully embracing our lives is possible! It takes positive reinforcement, internally and externally. It takes supportive and loving people around us, helping us to remember and embrace who we are – brilliant, worthy and powerful women!
I trust that if you are reading this, you are resonating with what I’m saying and knowing that it is time!
Did I mention that during this all inclusive retreat we will be eating delicious Thai food, each receiving three Thai massages throughout the week, practicing yoga while listening to the sounds of the ocean, sleeping in divine little houses among the trees? We will share together in safe and sacred ways. We will shine lights for each other to see our brightest and truest selves and we will go back to our daily lives feeling refreshed, renewed and re-inspired!
If this retreat is calling to you, email CenteredRetreat@gmail.com with questions and we will send lots more info and details about the week and what to expect.
I hope you will consider joining us and sharing this opportunity with other amazing sisters who may be interested.

General Travel Information
Every major airport has wifi. You should be able to connect with your phone or laptop while you travel. If you need to have access to internet during the retreat, please prepare to set up a VPN.
Please arrive at the Koh Samui airport on June 9. We will provide transportation from the airport to the retreat.
Please plan to leave Koh Samui the night of June 16 unless you’ve opted to stay longer. We will provide transportation to the airport after the closing ceremony on June 16. Be aware that for international flights it’s best to arrive at the airport several hours early, so factor this into your itinerary. We’d be happy to help arrange for an extra night at the retreat center if you’d prefer to depart Koh Samui at a relaxed pace.
April 15 deadline for 100% refund.
May 20 deadline for 50% refund.
We will not be able to offer any refunds to those who cancel after May 20. The $250 deposit, which is included in the full price listed near the beginning of this message, is non-refundable.
If you refer a friend and they tell us you referred them, you’ll get an extra surprise upon arrival!
If you’d like to pre-plan a day trip on your own time (the day before or after the retreat, for example), here are some places you might want to look into: Big Buddha Shrine on the northern coast, Bophut fisherman’s village (there’s a walking street market every Friday night), scuba diving on Koh Tao, Wat Plai Laem Buddhist temple, Namuang Waterfall, the secret Buddha garden, the mummy monk at Wat Khunaram, and the katoeys (“third sex”) cabaret at Chaweng Beach. Some of these options may also work as short trips during the day during the retreat.
