Alexa is passionate about finding and maintaining balance throughout our bodies through the use of a variety of massage techniques geared toward relieving sports related injuries, limited range of motion, and posture-related issues. She emphasizes the importance of bodywork as a fundamental component in performing at our fullest potential, whether you are training for a sporting event or preparing for a week at the office. Above all, Alexa is passionate about creating positive changes in the body and educating her clients on ways they can live their best physical lives. Her practice focuses on deep tissue, sports, myofascial, and Traditional Thai Massage.

Alexa is a 2015 graduate of the Lexington Healing Arts Academy and has over 4,000 hours of hands-on experience as a Massage Therapist. She has previously worked as a part of the KY Chapter AMTA Sports Massage Team and continues to offer massage at various sporting events including the annual Iron Man triathlon. More recently, Alexa dedicated 60 hrs. to studying the benefits of Traditional Thai Massage out of Chiang Mai, Thailand, returning in early 2018.

In her spare time, Alexa rock climbs and spends time with her amazing dog.
