INFRARED SAUNA

Regular use of the Infrared Sauna aids in immune functioning, circulation, reducing stress, anxiety and depression, promoting relaxation, weight loss and relieving symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).   Doctors throughout Central Kentucky are referring patients to our infrared sauna for its proven healing powers.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a medical practice focused on balancing energy in the body. It is used to prevent, diagnose, treat disease, pain and dysfunction as well as improving overall health & well being.

Centered offers walk-in community acupuncture at $30 every other Wednesday from 2:30-6:00pm with Rebecca Herpick, DOM and Japanese Acupuncture with Dr. Amy Coleman by appointment.  Dr. Coleman is also available for general health check-ups.

LIFE COACHING

Transformational Life Coaching with Connie Milligan, LCSW encourages you to realize and utilize your strengths to achieve your greatest good. It is designed to create personal internal change that generates positive external manifestation.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a powerful tool to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health by facilitating self-awareness and healing at the deepest levels.  This therapy may be practiced with individuals, couples (for deeper intimacy or preparation for childbirth), and groups.  

Many of our daily classes include breathwork or pranayama.  We also offer a 12 week re-birthing breathwork course with Maryliana Wickus.  You may schedule a private session for more detailed instruction with Maryliana, or any of our yoga and meditation instructors.
