Yoga raves are sweeping the nation (and the world) as a safe, drug and alcohol free way to experience dance, yoga, meditation, and FUN. Experience a Yoga Rave without having to travel to NYC, Chicago or Miam! This is a safe, healthy way to have FUN on a Friday night right here in Central Kentucky. SHAKE YOUR ASANA is a donation-based Yoga Rave event in Lexington, KY.
Dance a bit, do some yoga, sit in the infrared sauna, relax in our recliner, get a massage, or do whatever feels good to YOU. It is our aim to inspire, energize, soothe and help heal all guests who walk through the door that evening, to bring everyone together as a community, and to help make Central Kentucky a fun and healthy place to live, work and play.

DJ Nineoop
Based in Louisville, DJ Nineoop known for spinning at a wide variety of events. He spins rave, club, hardcore, trance and everything in between. He will be joining us at Centered in Lexington that evening to spin positive, uplifting and family-friendly EDM beats.

All ages, family friendly. You don’t have to be a “dancer” or a “yogi” to attend. Perfect for those who are curious about movement, healing arts, holistic health.
COST:
This is a Donation-Based event, with a portion of all proceeds benefitting a local charity. We’re asking for a minimum $15 donation. $10 minimum with student ID.
