Yin Yoga with Becca 7:00-8:00pm    Register Here: In Studio or Virtual.  The creator of Yin Yoga often says “We do not use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body.” Yin Yoga explores the response of the connective tissue of the body, rather than the muscles of the body that are typically explored in other forms of yoga. Yin Yoga often appears to be a slower-moving practice that allows for a deeper, contemplative state, but the body remains active and engaged. Throughout this hour-long Yin practice, the yoga shapes offered will help to release physical tension and unblock stagnant energy being held in the body.
