Namanada and Sacral Crown provide a sacred healing soundscape LIVE in concert. Deepen your self connection and create a place of inner reflection while moving your body in a community of yoga, dance and life. Because it is beautiful, you are beautiful and it is SUMMER!!
Show up at Centered, use a studio mat or bring your own and be in the moment with the music.
This will be a kirtan-style yoga dance party featuring LIVE music in the Centered studio. A yoga flow will be led by Centered yoga instructors for those wanting that type of movement, or you can feel free to dance or just enjoy the music.
